How do you work with your artists?

We’re proud to collaborate with talented artists of color from all over the world. Each artist featured on our puzzles earns a percentage of every sale, so when you purchase a puzzle, you’re directly supporting their creative work. This partnership allows us to share diverse stories through art while helping artists gain greater visibility and income.

I’m an artist—how can I collaborate with Puzzles of Color?

We’d love to see your work! If you’re interested in being featured, please submit samples of your artwork to art@puzzlesofcolor.com for consideration.

Please note: Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we may not be able to respond to every inquiry. We truly appreciate your interest and the time you take to share your art with us.

We also offer custom wholesale puzzles for artists who would like to showcase their art in puzzle form and sell it directly to their own customers. To inquire about this process please submit your information via this form.

How do I preserve my puzzle?

Our puzzles are sized to fit in standard frames so that the images can be enjoyed for years to come! Once you complete your puzzle, you will need to glue the pieces together for framing. Watch Our Tutorial

Simply remember these few tips before framing your puzzle, and you should be all set:

Double check that the frame can accommodate the puzzle’s thickness. Our puzzles are 1.9mm thick.Use a rolling pin to flatten all the pieces out.Choose a puzzle-saving glue with a low water content.

I completed my puzzle but am missing a piece. Can you help?

At Puzzles of Color, we want every customer to enjoy the satisfaction of completing their puzzle.

Before contacting us, please take a moment to thoroughly check your home and puzzle area for any missing pieces—they often turn up in the most unexpected places!

If you’ve double-checked and still have missing or damaged pieces, we’re here to help.

Our Policy:

  • We will replace missing or damaged puzzles within 1 year of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
  • Replacements are available only if the puzzle is currently in stock.
  • If the puzzle is out of stock, we will provide a comparable replacement puzzle, subject to availability.
  • Replacement pieces may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

To request a replacement, please provide the following information via this form:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase
  2. The puzzle name and size
  3. Photos of the completed puzzle (if applicable)
  4. Your shipping address

We appreciate your patience as we work to make sure your puzzle is complete!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

The puzzle I want is sold out. What do I do?

If you would like a puzzle that is sold out, please provide your email address for updates on restocking.

What if I’m interested in placing a large order?

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries around the world. Please allow for extended shipping time frames due to delays caused by COVID-19, particularly for international orders.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping in the United States for orders over $100. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are nonrefundable if the item has shipped.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes!

Where is my order?

We make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 days of receipt. Orders received on holidays will be shipped within the following three business days. For tracking, please follow the link in your shipping confirmation email.

What's your return policy?

To return an item, please complete our online Return Request Form

You may return your order within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned merchandise must be in their original unused condition. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Refunds on returned items will be processed and issued to the original form of payment. We will credit your account upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow 7-15 business days to view this transaction in your account.
